Kalau ok, alhamdulillah.Syukur kepada Allah S.W.T kerana masih memberi kita peluang atau pun nikmat kesihatan untuk meneruskan kerja-kerja kita di muka Bumi-Nya ini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Macam mana dengan mutabaah amal jasadi semua untuk minggu ini? Harapnya still tip top walaupun kita sentiasa sibuk dengan urusan ijazah dan juga risalah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sebenarnya baru terbaca satu artikel tadi pasal senaman. Mesti ada yang rasa senaman ni nampak jeh senang nk buat tapi nk memulakannya memanglah payah. Biasa lah tuh..kalau kita x terbiasa lg dengan senaman² ni semua.
